Why do Answers have both a psychology section and a mental health section?
Mental health is a part of psychology, but psychology is not mental health. Basically because while the two are related, they are not the same thing, so if people want to talk about mental disorders, they have the mental health section, but if they want to to talk about general psychology stuff, like the theories etc, they come to the psych section.
