Why do all planets orbit the sun in the same direction?

To add in, the flattetning is due to the centrifugal force while the increased rotation is due to the coversation of angular momentum (like how a skater would spin faster when arms are pulled in.) All the planets started out as a disk of spinning debris and swirled in one direction.
