Why do all letters and projects go through the Distant Pals Coordinators?
All letters go through the Distant Pal Coordinator for two reasons: to ensure a healthy positive relationship is maintained and to ensure that participants continue to get mail. The Distant Pals Program is committed promoting fun and creative communication between Deaf and Hard of Hearing children in the state of Wisconsin. The program is committed to keeping the momentum alive so that children can count on their friend all year long.
