Why do AERO-FLEX® line blades cut heavy vegetation so well?
There is substantially more kinetic energy associated with the higher mass and speeds and the greater number of AERO-FLEX® line blades. In addition, since the leading edge of the AERO-FLEX® blade is sharper than its equivalent round, the higher kinetic energy will be transferred to the vegetation through a more concentrated and sharper leading edge. This breaks down heavy vegetation easier. AERO-FLEX® line blades will cut heavier vegetation than round lines can. In fact, AERO-FLEX® line blades may be capable of cutting some heavy vegetation normally requiring the use of metal blades but will not cut woody brush. Cutting such heavy vegetation with heavy impediments (occasional brush) is very fatiguing to the line blades. You may have to consume several sets of line blades to get the job done.
