Why do actions need to be sent to the State Determination component? Is it for some kind of checking, like to check if measurement equals the desired action?
A19: In some cases, the action is sent to the estimator in order to be used for state determination. For example, let’s say the controller sent an action for a switch to be turned off. This information will be sent to the Hardware Adapter which will send the command to the Estimator which will then use the information to determine state and if the state being determined was whether or not the switch was powered on or off, then the Estimator could use the command to determine the state of the switch.
