Why do account numbers appear differently on paper statements and eStatements?
Account numbers on paper statements are masked using a series of stars and list only the last 4 digits of the actual account number. This is done to keep your information private in the event your statement is delivered to the wrong mailing address. It is important that you DO NOT include these stars when setting up your electronic transactions. Your eStatement will include only the Member Number and your corresponding suffixes. If you are unsure if you are using the proper number please contact us and we would be happy to help.
