Why disabled scroll bar on my non-Frame Set page?
This only happens in IE3 and IE4 browsers when the web page is smaller than browser window. Since most people are upgrading to IE5 or later, we advise not being worried about this. The scroll bar is unnecessary in this case, but older IE will not hide it. Yet it is merely an nuisance and doesn’t cause the page to malfuntion and only affects a very small percent of visitors. There are 3 solutions to this problem: • Ignore it as we suggest • Set Browser Compatibility to version 3.0 and set Page aligment to Left and Top. This puts the page in an invisible frame set. • Create a Frame Set web page, as they do not suffer this fate in IE3 and IE4.
