Why didnt you shut off my card immediately if it was on a compromised list?
Once a list is received, we take precautions and lower standard transaction limits. All cards on the list may or may not be used; therefore, until we get a new card out to you, we want you to have access to your funds. -Although we set lower transaction limits for your (and our) protection, you can go over that amount in a single transaction by using your card as a DEBIT transaction and entering your PIN.
