Why didn’t the Print Dialog box display when I selected the Smart Print Button?

If you print via the toolbar buttons, the print button sends the current page directly to the printer. If you want to first display the print dialog box, then select the Print menu: File > Print > Smart Print… or print by selecting Ctrl-P.
