WHY didn’t the co-op give us more notice about the additional charges to the GRE Power Cost Rider(s)?

GRE announced its decision to assess additional power charges in October 2008. It left us with a choice to pass on the increases immediately, or wait, and pass on an even higher adjustment at the end of the year. If the board had waited to act, the impact on the GRE Power Cost Rider would be far greater this year to recover the costs.
