Why didn smasher stop a pop-up ad?
Most of the time smasher will automatically stop all popup ads. But since it is an intelligent popup stopping program, sometimes it makes a dumb decision and lets a popup through. We are constantly teaching smasher not to do these dumb things, so you should keep an eye out for updates or let us know if they consistently get through. Smasher will stop popups automatically and you have the power to override these settings by going into the popup control. The popup control will display all the links for popup ads that it has allowed or blocked. You can force smasher to always block popups for any link by clicking on the “Block Link” or “Block Site” button.
