Why didn school administration do a better job planning to meet the districts needs?
In North Carolina, school systems are dependent on revenues from state, local, and federal sources. While we have planned and projected, we cannot actually pay for teachers or any other expense unless that money is allocated from another source. We have reallocated our funds wherever possible to support student success as we reach for Goal 2003.
