Jose Bautista wasn’t good enough to win a Gold glove. He didn’t have enough games logged in a specific position to win the Gold glove for with the most games being 113 in Right field. He had a .985 Fielding percentage which isn’t the best though he did have 12 Outfield assists. Though he only had 4 errors in the outfield, 2 of those errors were Thr (Error on throws) and the other 2 were on Fld (fielding a ball, not catching). Also his UZR (ultimate zone rating) was bad at -3.9. There are many reasons why he didn’t win it and why he shouldn’t win it. Also, super utilities don’t win Gold gloves. As for the Jeter question, I’m not sure.
