Why didnt I see my logo or art appear when I uploaded it onto the design page?
On rare occasion, very large art files may not center themselves directly on the garment in the Design page. Its actually still there, but you may not be able to see it. Try clicking and holding the left mouse key and moving the pointer around the design area over the shirt to see if the logo then appears from the side of the frame. If you still cant find it, please call 1-800-282-4432. Well be glad to help.
