Why didn’t I receive the Confirmation E-mail and/or the mailed Ticket?
If you recently moved and did not update your address with the event office, then your Ticket was sent to your old address. If you did not receive your Confirmation E-mail, check your Spam and Junk inboxes, and make sure that your e-mail is able to receive messages from “Active.com” and “chicagomarathon.com.
