Why didn I receive an email confirmation after purchasing PrepLogic software?
You should receive a confirmation email shortly after purchasing that contains your personal license key. Sometimes this email bounces back due to full mailbox etc., or it doesn’t arrive due to an email address being typed in incorrectly. This could also mean that your order did not actually go through. To have a duplicate of your purchase confirmation email sent to you click here. A copy of your original purchase confirmation will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout. This is only a copy and you will not be charged again. If your order is not found, please email us for further assistance. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
