Why didnt I receive a statement with my distribution payment showing all of the wages on which my distribution is based?
Your distribution is based on your wages over the five years preceding the distribution year. The SRSPF issues a statement along with your annual distribution showing recording sessions and wages reported only during the most recent calendar year. If you would like copy of your statement for another year(s) and you are a member of the website, it is available to print online, otherwise you may request it by contacting the SRSPF.
