Why didnt I receive a commission for group XYZ this month?
Commissions are paid only if a premium was processed for the group in the previous month. If a group missed the monthly billing cycle, a commission will not be paid the following month. Also, you may not receive a commission if the group did not send its payments. Naturally, in that case, no commission would be paid.
