• Delete all entries in the windows\temp folder. • Un-install PhotoDoc Software. • Re-install PhotoDoc Software. If you installed PhotoDoc Software for the first time and no program icons appeared, check to see if you can log on as a different user. The PhotoDoc installer only installs menu items in the StartMenu\Programs folder of the user who is currently logged on, and they are not visible to a different user with a customized desktop. • Using WINDOWS Explorer, verify that the installer placed the PhotoDoc folder in the Windows\StartMenu\Programs folder. • If the PhotoDoc folder is not present, re-boot. • Press Cancel at the Log-on prompt (This prevents you from logging-in as a user) • Do a Custom installation of PhotoDoc Software, installing only the Twain, Launcher, and Troubleshooter applications. • Using WINDOWS Explorer, make sure that there is a Profile folder in the windows directory. (If no Profile folder is present, then multi-users was never enabled.) • If a Profile folder
