Why didnt I get an order confirmation or my tracking information?

If you entered an online order and you did not receive an order confirmation by email or tracking information for UPS shipped orders its very likely that you didnt enter your email address correctly. Simple errors such as a comma instead of a period in the email address will cause the order confirmations to get lost. Please make sure you enter all email address, phone number and credit card numbers correctly to avoid a delay in order processing.
