A. Phase 1 is to issue contactless cards to HSBC Bank MasterCard and Premier Credit Cardholders that live and / or work in the London Launch zone and who will therefore benefit from retailers with terminals to support. If you haven’t been advised that you will be receiving a new card, unfortunately you will not be included at this phase of the pilot. We are restricting the number of cardholders that we send cards to in the 1st phase, but we will ensure that going forward we keep you informed when we roll out the technology to all our customers.
