Why didnt all of my payees transfer to the new pcbanker Bill Payment Service?
As with any conversion, there may be symbols, blank fields such as address or telephone number or address mismatches that prohibit the data from being transferred. Our bill payment processor, CheckFree, required that each Payee account have a complete address and telephone number. If any of this information was missing from your payees, we were unable to convert this information. We apologize for any inconvenience to you and recommend that you re-enter any payees that did not transfer.
