Why did you choose Dell Axim over other brands such as Compaq or Toshiba?
• A: The Education IT team has a close working relationship with Dell Computer Corporation’s technical support service. We have premium access to their higher education support people and they provide very fast turn-around times for hardware replacement. Other manufactures that do not provide direct sales and service are often more difficult to work with, more expensive, and take a longer for repair/replacement. Axim Pocket PCs get good reviews, are sturdy, and are feature rich.
