Why did Woosh suspend my account?
If you did not initiate a voluntary suspension, it is possible that Woosh has suspended your account for another reason. Non-payment and/or cancellation of your payment method (credit card or direct debit) can result in account suspension. Woosh will contact you by either phone or email concerning these matters prior to suspending your account. If our attempts are unsuccessful your account may be suspended anyway. In this circumstance please contact a customer service representative at 0800 4 WOOSH.
