Why did WebAssign lose my points?
WebAssign is designed to ensure that assignments and points cannot be lost by prohibiting the system from deleting information. Did your instructor change the assignment? On rare occasions, changes to the assignment might affect the randomization procedure and generate a new set of problems for each student.
