Who says they did? All anyone has ever said is that there is no longer any support because Trellix and CS were no longer partnering. No amount of support could have countered the difficulties that AOL/CS brought about with their Server and Banner changes, anyway. The real problem was that AOL/CS needed to fix what they had broken. It is now only partially repaired and may never get much better.
