Some people will tell you that the reason all toilet paper is white now and not colored is because it is easier to make but in fact that is not the case. The main reason that they stopped making colored toilet paper is because it is bad for the environment. The dyes can cause problems in the septic tanks and ultimately in the sewer systems.
