Why did they scrap the Godzilla vs gamera film?
My belief is since Gamera’s company was offering Godzilla’s company the film, Gamera’s company had in mind Godzilla losing and Godzilla’s company didn’t want Gamera to look more powerful wich would probably make Godzilla look weaker and bring Godzilla’s popularity down and Gamera’s go up. So Gamera’s Company was trying to get Godzilla’s company under contract so Gamera’s company could do whatever they want to make Godzilla look weak. Wise move.
