Why did they change the name to Sabre from Buffalo?
There is no real answer to that question. I will use the answer offered by the END CAP section in the SPAWN COMIC BOOK Issue #60. This book may be available at your local Comic Book Retailer. I quote: The figure known as BUFFALO is now known as SABRE. Hes still a big hulking brute that menaces the RENEGADE SPAWN, but he just underwent a name change. Any similarities between him and the team that plays hockey in the state of New York is purely coincidental.
