Arkansas is arguably the least prepared of all states in being able to participate in a technology-based global economy. UAEDI has the potential to enhance economic and social well-being and prosperity throughout Arkansas by linking the people, communities and businesses in Arkansas to the resources of higher education in general and those of the University of Arkansas in particular.
