Why did the McCanns go to Praia de Luge?
There is something that is holding the Tapas nine together. I thought it was to do with the way the children (of all of them) were left night after night so the parents could enjoy themselves, therefore if they did not back the McCanns with checking on them they could be charged with child neglect and lets face it, it is only the McCanns with all that money who could afford the best legal defence. Therefore they hold the purse strings. As you say diversity is what makes the world go round, they may be worried about being prosecuted for something or concerned about reputations but I still do not understand their silence. Surely if just one of them came out with the truth that person would be hailed as a hero or heroine for having the guts to stand up for Madeleine. I know I would have respect for that person despite anything he/she might have been up to in their private life.
