Why did the installer give the error “Could not find After Effects Plug-ins folder” on Windows?
Your account doesn’t have the permissions needed to read the registry entries that show the location of After Effects. Try installing using the same account that installed After Effects itself. Installing Nucleo Pro on a machine with only After Effects CS3 or Nucleo Pro 2 on a machine with only After Effects 6.5 are unsupported combinations and the installer can’t find the location of a supported version of After Effects.
