Why did the in-room network connection fee go up in 2004?
A. The fee increase in September 2004 was the first step in this cost restructuring. We had initially hoped that the universal Telecommunications Fee would be ready and approved by then, but alas, it was not. The fee increase covered what was immediately needed for 2004-2005, but that was only a portion of the costs involved.
