Formularies change constantly by drugs being added, removed, going from brand to generic, etc. The formulary list with Partners RX varied from the Merck Medco formulary list. Adjustments have been made to match the Merck Medco formulary list. Moving forward the Partners RX formulary list should be followed for the prescription benefit plan. You can find this list by going the website www.hcshealthplan.com. On the left hand side you can click on Prescription drug program: Partners RX:, which will take you to the Partners RX website and a formulary list can be referenced.
