Why did the FM radio stop playing unexpectedly?
It might be because the tuner is needed to record a TV show. Most FM tuners are also TV tuners, and the hardware can only handle one signal at a time. For example, if you’re listening to FM radio and the TV tuner is needed for a scheduled recording, the tuner will drop the FM signal and switch to the TV signal. If you have a Media Center Extender connected to your computer, someone in another room might have tuned to a TV show or an FM radio station on the Media Center Extender.
