With the Scioto Mile Project underway Civic Center will not be suitable to use for the main viewing area of the event. So to ensure the best views for all of our Red, White & BOOM! patrons, we chose to relocate the launch site in 2008 to Veteran’s Memorial where the launch site will remain for 2009.
