Why did the Da Vinci Science Center move from its original home in Bethlehem?
Since its inception, the Da Vinci Science Center had a goal of creating a first-class demonstration facility as part of its mission. After careful consideration of several options, the organization’s Board of Trustees decided to form a partnership with Cedar Crest College in which the Da Vinci Science Center would build its new headquarters and demonstration facility on land leased from the college. The location of the land – at the corner of the Hamilton Blvd. Bypass and Cedar Crest Blvd. – and the financial advantages of the partnership provided the best fit for the Da Vinci Science Center.
