Why did the battle of Little Bighorn happen?
The Battle of Little Bighorn happened when the US government discovered that there was yet another goldfield underneath the land of the sioux. The US Government offered to purchase the land, but the sioux refused and set up a warfront to repel the US, they reacted in the same manner, attacking the sioux clan and trying to gain access to their land.
