Auctions are extended by 5 minutes if a bid is entered within 5 minutes of the close of the auction. On occasion, per the discretion of the OnePass Online Auction team, an auction will be extended by 24 hours of the original closing time if technical difficulties prevent users to login to the auction site and bid on an item for an extended period of time. Bidders who have bid on an item scheduled to close on the day technical difficulties were experienced will be notified via e-mail. This allows all the bidders a fair chance to bid before the auction closes.
