The assets acquired by StemCells, Inc. included the Stem Cell Sciences brand name which required the Company to change its name. As the Company only now exists to realise the asset that it holds, in the form of the StemCells, Inc. shares, for the benefit of its shareholders, the name Asset Realisation Company was felt to be appropriate.
