Why did Scott Hall leave the WWE in 2002?
Scott Hall had a change of attitude backstage, which led some wrestlers to complain to WWE management about Hall’s attitude. Also, towards the end of Hall’s WWE stay, sources have said that he had been showing up to events drunk. This is what led to Hall’s release in 2002. When WWE.com published their official statement, they said that Hall and the WWE have “mutually agreed” to part ways.
