Over the past ten years, Sanguine has built an impressive technology and market footprint. To continue to accelerate this growth and access new markets particularly outside of Southeast Asia, Sanguine was seeking a suitable and complementary business partner. TechInsights with its Services unit already understood Sanguine’s business model and market opportunity from its earlier acquisitions of Semiconductor Insights and Portelligent.
