Why Did Ricky Carmichael Get Booed in Vegas?
by Dirck Edge As widely reported, Honda’s new supercross sensation was repeatedly booed by fans at the U.S. Open in Las Vegas, Nevada last weekend. Why? On the face of it, Carmichael should be a hero to these fans and be cheered. After all, he not only won in Vegas (both main events), he has dominated supercross and motocross and is the number one rider in the world. We have some ideas, and are checking with sources.
