Why did RCPS switch from FirstClass to Exchange?
• There are several factors that prompted the switch. FirstClass served us well for 12+ years but it no longer meets our needs. For example, in order to comply with Federal requirements we need to keep a record of all sent and received emails. Exchange will allow us to easily compile these records. Exchange will also allow for better integration with Microsoft office and mobile messaging devices.
