Pontiac choose to use the WS6 for a few main reasons. ASC responded with a reasonable bid on the project for starters. Second of all, the ’99 WS6 is probably the most attention grabbing car on the road with its evil looking ramair hood. The ramair hood was also needed as a tribute to the original 1969 T/A. As we well know, this may be one of the last years for the T/As and Pontiac decided to make the possible last Anniversary edition the best ever!
