Why did Peel Regional Paramedic Services change the exterior look of their ambulances?
The Joint Health and Safety Committee of Peel Regional Paramedic Services identified a number of areas to improve the vehicle’s safety. The exterior markings on the ambulance increase its visibility thereby increasing paramedic and public safety. The new look gives the service its own unique identity while meeting the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care’s guidelines and standards for exterior vehicle markings.
