The Bush Administration’s neoCon’s would not allow those who had the experience of post-war recovery, the State Department, to enter the country – or at least have decision-making powers. The Bushites thought that their pro-corporate approach would work. It, the corporate, business-as-usual approach didn’t, hasn’t, and won’t work very well. Everybody but the American people knows it’s been a disaster. Hardly any infrastructure built after six full years and massive costs. Witness last month’s latest farce of an election in which the vote expressed a strong desire for the winning party platform to KICK the Americans out of the country. American media, stupidly – predictably – typically, didn’t portray the meaning of the vote, only celebrating that a “democratic” vote took place. Right, and the popular will was to kick them out – but THAT wasn’t reported!!
