Why did none of the contemporary writers of his time even mention Jesus?
All of the writers that you mentioned were obviously of Roman subjects. Rome took Jesus as a dangerous rebel against Roman government in line with John the Baptist. His miracles have nothing to do with their fear than Jesus being more of a rebel leader. Unlike our modern journalists at this time who tends to glorify the workings of the enemy of the State, they immediately would do everything to blackout any news about him. Movements about Jesus Christ’s believers were active in secrecy as they were being persecuted by the Roman soldiers. Underground movements must have been so active that it continue to spread by words of mouth and reports of his works stayed intact until those Apostles were able to gather all informations they obtained to write a book about it. Actually, archaeologists of all denominations have reached the conclusion that there very likely was a man named Jesus who was crucified by the Romans. As the product of a mainly atheist archaeological program, I can tell you that you are in the minority disagreeing that He existed. Nearly all Jewish archaeologists acknowledge that He existed based in a large part on a document called the Babylonian Talmud. This is considered an interesting and important part of Jewish History. Obviously, there is no way to prove divinity and only Christian sources believe that He was anything other than a man or in the case of Muslims, a prophet. It is correct that the remarks by Josephus are considered likely to be forgeries, but to the best of my knowledge, these are the only famous forgeries relating to textual references from that period by non-Christian sources. Here are some links consistant with modern archaeological/Ancient History beliefs. For your reference, a number of the authors you liste
