Why did NCREEI start offering online classes?
NCREEI specializes in developing and delivering in-class appraisal curriculum designed for the adult learner. Our course developers are subject matter experts who have multiple graduate degrees in education and extensive teaching experience. We prefer in-class continuing education because: 1) the student-instructor and student-student interaction 2) opportunity to employ multiple teaching methods, activities and media, and and 3) because the instructor is able to receive continuous student feedback and direct the instruction to meet the students’ needs. Because appraisers and real estate licensees have been asking us for the convenience of online courses for quite some time, NCREEI has collaborated with Hondros Learning to offer a quality online option.
