Why did NACMA organize a formal mentoring program?
-NACMA is dedicated to the growth and advancement of women in sports marketing, whether they are emerging professionals or seasoned executives. It is often a challenge to reach out for assistance and guidance and we wish to provide our members with access to positive role models to assist in their professional growth. What is the Female Mentoring Program? -This is a member benefit provided by NACMA as a way for women to connect with one another and discuss relative topics facing women in collegiate athletics.
